Zatchels Candy Gold Satchel

This is my new purchase and I couldn’t wait to share it with you! I have wanted a coloured satchel for ages but wasn’t sure what colour as there are so many around these days. I ended up choosing this Candy Gold Cracked Metallic Satchel from Zatchels and I haven’t stopped using it since it arrived.

Zatchels is a UK company that promotes traditional British manufacturing. Every satchel ordered is made to order in Leicester from high quality leather. The leather on my satchel is really stiff at the moment as it is so new but it will soften over time.

I chose the smallest of the Zatchels available – 11.5 inch – this size doesn’t have room for a card holder on front but the larger sizes do. This small size will fit an A5 notepad or diary inside, and there is plenty of room for my purse, keys, etc, plus I keep my lipstick and mirror in the little pocket on the front. You can also pay extra to have a handle on top, personalisation inside or outside the bag, or a strap slider (a piece of leather that fits over the long shoulder strap that you sit on your shoulder to make it more comfortable).

The ‘Candy’ Collection is Zatchels newest collection of metallic colours in pale sugary candy colours. As well as gold this range also comes in turquoise, blue and pink. I love the fact that the cracked metallic finish doesn’t look too new, and looks like it has already aged a little bit. If you don’t fancy metallic there are so many other finishes to choose from… polka dots, denim, fluorescent and even Hello Kitty. Or if you prefer you can just stick with traditional brown leather….

This Zatchels Candy Gold Cracked Metallic Satchel was fairly expensive at £119, but it will last me a lifetime as it is such great quality (I am thinking of it as an investment!). It came in a black dustbag too which will help to preserve it when I’m not using it.

I will be using this Zatchels bag when I go shopping so that I can hang it over my shoulder to keep my hands free, and it will also be perfect for nights out too as it is sparkly!

Zatchels Candy Cracked Metallic Satchels start from £119, I purchased mine from Zatchels and got free delivery.
