Garnier Ambre Solaire No Streaks Bronzer Review

Just a quick review today, but I thought with this sunny weather it’s a perfect time to tell you about my favourite fake tan ever! So many of the fake tans available today need preparation with scrubbing, then buffing with a mitt before finally showering off – making fake tanning almost a full time job. So what if there were a quicker, easier way? Meet Ambre Solaire No Streaks Bronzer Self Tanning Body Mist from Garnier!

Garnier Ambre Solaire No Streaks Bronzer

I’ve been using this fake tan for years, it’s a body mist that you spray over your skin, it doesn’t need any buffing or rubbing as long as you spray it fairly evenly, which isn’t hard to do as the spray comes out quite finely. It sprays on to the skin clear, then develops in around 2-3 hours, and it has a nice apricot scent – there’s nothing of the usual biscuit-y scent you get with most fake tans. It also dries fairly quickly, I usually leave it around 15 minutes after applying before dressing and I’ve never had a problem with it turning my clothes a funny colour.

No Streaks Bronzer comes in two different shades – Light and Medium. I usually go for the Medium shade as it gives a nice subtle bronze shade after just one application, but if you’re really pale you might want to opt for the paler one.

Above is a photo of my legs before applying No Streaks Bronzer Self Tanning Body Mist…. rather pale and white.

And below is a photo of my legs after applying the Garnier fake tan spray (and painting my toenails!)… the light was actually quite bright when I took the second photo so you can’t get the full effect, but trust me when I say that my legs look lovely and bronzed in real life!

Garnier also do a Dry Face Mist version for the face which I haven’t tried yet, this also comes in two shades.

Garnier No Streaks Bronzer Self Tanning Body Mist usually costs around £11 for 150ml, but there’s currently 1/3 off all Garnier Ambre Solaire products at Superdrug so you can get it for just £7.49.
