Embryolisse – Lait-Creme Concentre

Embryolisse – Lait-Creme Concentre

So who doesn’t love a multi-tasking beauty product? I certainly do and Lait-Creme Concentre from Embryolisse is one of those products with multiple uses. Actually it’s a bit of a cult product with a celebrity following – Emma Willis, Ariana Grande and Scarlett Johansen are all said to use this multi-tasking moisturising cream, and one is sold every 60 seconds! Unfortunately the ingredients include Paraffinum Liquidum which is sometimes known as Mineral Oil, and is a by-product of paraffin production present in a lot of moisturising products. I try to avoid this ingredient where I can and I’d love to see Embryolisse replace this with a more natural oil ingredient. Kerastase – Cristalliste Lait Cristal Conditioner

Kerastase – Cristalliste Lait Cristal Conditioner

This Kerastase Cristalliste Lait Cristal hair conditioner came in my March 2015 My Little Box. Cristalliste Lait Cristal is a creamy textured pale pink conditioner with a matching pretty scent. It has been developed specifically for those with long dry hair, or dry ends and contains no silicones or parabens. You just apply it to your hair like a regular conditioner after shampooing, focusing particularly on the ends of the hair, and leave it for 2-3 minutes then rinse off. I’ve only used it a couple of times so far but I’m really pleased with the results. My hair feels soft and silky right down to the ends, and the pretty scent stays...

Roger & Gallet – Christmas Bodycare Selection

Roger & Gallet – Christmas Bodycare Selection

I love Roger & Gallet, their products look so pretty and traditional but with a modern edge, and they have a great range of gifts. Today I am looking at some of their new Christmas bodycare goodies. The Roger & Gallet range of Sorbet Body Lotions would look simply beautiful all lined up next to one another in their pretty pastel colours. I have been trying out the Citron (Cedrat) Sorbet Body Lotion* which comes in a pastel yellow pump bottle. It has a strong scent with overriding notes of citrus and mint, but I can also easily smell the more woody fragrances of cedar and white amber. The product itself is a white lotion, it’s fairly light and sinks in quickly leaving a lovely sheen on the surface of the skin. The scent is a little overpowering for me, I wouldn’t be able to apply a lot of it at once or I would feel overwhelmed, but it really is beautiful. The other fragrances in the Sorbet Body...
