I’m changing my toothpaste to flouride-free JASON Powersmile

As regular readers of Beauty Best Friend will know I’m a big fan of natural beauty products, but I’ve never actually tried a natural toothpaste. When you think about it it’s really important that we know what ingredients are in our toothpastes as they go in our mouths and therefore a small percentage will end up in our stomachs – imagine just how much toothpaste you actually swallow throughout your whole lifetime! I was sent this Powersmile Toothpaste from natural care brand JASON to try out. The word ‘jason’ means ‘healer’ in Greek and the brand only selects wholesome natural ingredients for its products. Their range is free from parabens, mineral oils and sodium laureth sulfates, plus the toothpaste is fluoride-free too. I was contacted recently to ask if I was interested in doing the Clinomyn 14 Day Challenge for whiter teeth. I wouldn’t consider my teeth particularly stained but they’re definitely not as white as Simon Cowell’s, so I decided to give it a go! I had to use Clinomyn Anti-Stain Fluoride Toothpaste in Fresh Mint* for 2 weeks and then post my results to show whether there had been an improvement in the colour of my teeth. Clinomyn contains a cleaning system called Polynam, and in a consumer test on 112 smokers 71% experienced whiter teeth in 14 days or less.
