Urban Decay – Eyeshadows in S&M and Chopper

I’ve had these Urban Decay Eyeshadows for a while, they were given to me by a friend, and they’re two of Urban Decay’s most popular eyeshadow colours – gunmetal grey ‘S&M’ and sparkly copper brown ‘Chopper’. Fans of Urban Decay will know that these two are sporting the old packaging, their eyeshadows have recently had a funky new makeover and whilst they’re still in silvery grey round plastic pots they now look just a little more classy: The new eyeshadow packaging has been created so that the actual pans of colour can be removed from the plastic pot and added to the Nirvana Build Your Own palette. e.l.f. – Baked Eyeshadows in Pixie & Dusk

It was only fairly recently that I discovered budget New York make-up brand e.l.f. (stands for Eyes Lips Face), but I like what I have seen so far and today I am reviewing their Baked Eyeshadows in Pixie and Dusk. These cute domed single eyeshadows have actually been baked in an oven to give them their blendable powder finish! e.l.f.’s nice, simple black and clear packaging suggests that the brand is more premium than it is, and each of these Baked Eyeshadows comes packaged in a cardboard box. The ingredients within the Baked Eyeshadows include Jojoba, Rose, Sunflower, Apricot and Grape to help nourish and hydrate the skin. I have been using these eyeshadows dry but they can also be used wet for a more intense, vibrant colour – just apply them with a damp eyeshadow brush.
