Want full pouty lips?

Want full pouty lips?

Manuka Doctor is a brand that I’ve only recently started to learn about, having reviewed their ApiClear Purifying Facial Peel a few weeks ago. I was given this ApiRefine Lip Enhancer to try out by one of their representatives at The City Girls blogger event that I attended recently in Leeds, and there was quite a buzz around it given the current trend for pouty lips. Manuka Doctor Lip Enhancer is a lip plumper containing Purified Bee Venom and Manuka Honey to help encourage natural collagen formation in the lips, and has been clinically proven to increase lip volume in as little as 5 minutes. The product itself is a milky coloured gel that you apply to your lips just like you would with any other lip balm. Quickmax Eyelash Growth Enhancer

Quickmax Eyelash Growth Enhancer

When I was asked to try out this Quickmax Eyelash Growth Enhancer from StyleLux I thought it sounded too good to be true. After all, if there was a product out there that could really promise longer, thicker darker lashes we’d already be using it right? Quickmax contains a patented combination of ingredients that claim to rejuvenate the growth cycle of your lashes (or eyebrows). The ingredients in QuickMax include an advanced hair-growth enzyme, plus a natural hair-follicle stimulant to make the enzyme work faster. The formula also contains hyaluronic acid which helps to stimulate new hair growth. Quickmax claims that you will start to see the initial results in 7-10 days, but that you should allow 4-6 weeks to see the full effects. First of all I wasn’t really sure how quickly eyelashes actually grow, so I did a...

Quinessence – Fantasia Mood Enhancer Vaporising Oil

Quinessence – Fantasia Mood Enhancer Vaporising Oil

I was recently given the opportunity to try out one of Quinessence’s aromatherapy oils. I chose this Fantasia Mood Enhancer Vaporising Oil, a blend of essential oils to help focus concentration whilst you are working, writing or being creative. As I am a jewellery designer I thought this blend would be perfect to help enhance my creativity and inspire me whilst writing my blog posts! Fantasia is a blend of Bergamot, Lime, Lavender and Rosemary essential oils, it does smell quite citrussy which I think must be the lime fragrance coming through. The directions say to add 4-6 drops of the Mood Enhancer to a heated vaporiser, and I have been using it in in a little ceramic vaporiser in my workshop whilst I am designing. It gives a lovely uplifting warming scent to the room, and whilst I’m not sure if I have felt more creative whilst using the oil it does definitely help to lift the spirit (especially today when it is so cold outside!). I really...
