L’Occitane – Relaxing Pillow Mist

I’ve always had trouble getting off to sleep ever since I was a little girl and I’ve tried loads of things that claim they’ll help. I particularly love the scent of lavender and I was lucky enough to receive this Relaxing Pillow Mist by L’Occitane from a relative for Christmas. As well as lavender the Relaxing Pillow Mist also contains essential oils of bergamot, mandarin, sweet orange and geranium, although the overriding scent that comes through is lavender.
I’ve been spritzing it on my pillow at night before bed – just a couple of light sprays. The scent is fairly light and smells quite natural, not like the sweetened lavender scent you sometimes get with hand creams and bubble baths. I really like the fragrance and it definitely helps me to feel more relaxed but as to whether it helps me get off to sleep, well the jury’s still out on that one.
I love the traditional style bottle and label, it looks just like something you’d find on the shelves of an old fashioned apothecary.
I can’t seem to find the full ingredients list for Relaxing Pillow Mist, the front of the label on the bottle says ‘See back of bottle for complete list of ingredients’ but it doesn’t seem to be there on the back which is a bit odd!
Relaxing Pillow Mist is priced at £14 for 100ml bottle, available from L’Occitane.
