La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water Review

I was going to publish this post next week, but given the amazingly hot, sunny weather we’ve been having over the last few days I thought I’d better bring it forward and tell you about it now, as this Thermal Spring Water from La Roche-Posay has been a godsend this week.

Thermal Spring Water is just basically water in a spray can…. but it’s natural spring water which is rich in selenium and other minerals that are beneficial for the skin, and as it’s just water it’s suitable for all skin types, even very sensitive skin.

I’ve been keeping mine in the fridge then using it on my face and wrists when I feel like I’m overheating. It gives a nice spritz that evenly coats the skin in a fine mist of water, and it’s so lovely and chilled that it cools me right down.

You could also use it in place of a toner after cleansing your face – La Roche-Posay recommend spraying it onto your face then leaving it for 2 minutes before dabbing off any excess water with a tissue. It would also work well to help cool down sunburn too, plus it can be lightly spritzed over you face after applying your make-up to help it set (although I’ve not tried this yet).

For those budget-lovers amongst you who don’t want to shell out on what is effectively a can of water you could buy a cheap spray bottle and fill it up from the tap, it would work just as well to cool you down. But if you want a bit of posh then I’d really recommend this product, and I don’t think it’s too expensive really for what it is. Plus, read on to find out about a special offer….

Thermal Spring Water from La Roche-Posay is priced at £3.50 for the mini 50ml can, or £7 for the 150ml can, available from Feel Unique. Feel Unique currently have an offer whereby you will receive a FREE Thermal Spring Water 50ml can when you spend £20 on La Roche-Posay products, so now is the perfect time to stock up!
