KOREAN BEAUTY 3CE – Stylenanda Duo Cover Crayon

I am currently taking part in an initiative working with BNT News International, a global beauty/fashion/lifestyle and entertainment source based in Seoul, South Korea. I am helping BNT to promote a selection of new and exciting Korean beauty products to a UK audience, these are products that you probably won’t have seen before and some of them are really different and unique.
You may have already seen some of my previous Korean beauty reviews, such as this post about Vely Vely Lipstick in Red Rouge.
This is the Stylenanda Duo Cover Crayon* from 3CE, this one is shade #04 which has been created to highlight and contour. I have to admit I find something comforting and satisfying about a crayon I think it’s because they’re chunkier than a pencil and feel sturdy in the hand. This crayon is dual-purpose and has a product at either end. One is a dark beige concealer ideal for covering small blemishes or the under-eye area, or for contouring small areas, as you can apply it straight from the crayon then blend and soften using your ring finger or a small brush. I actually find this shade a bit too dark and orange for my pale skin but the texture is really nice and creamy. The other end is a shimmery oyster pink highlighter which is great for highlighting small areas like the tip of the nose, the inner corners of the eyes or the brow bone – not so good at covering cheekbones or other large areas though. It’s a really lovely shade of pale pink, I’m a bit obsessed with highlighters at the moment and I’ve used this one quite a few times already.
The coverage of both products is high in pigment and quite blendable, I don’t find either of them cakey and they smudge really well with either the finger, a small brush or a cotton bud.
The image below shows this Stylenanda Duo Cover Crayon with another 3CE eye product that I’ve previously reviewed – Long Wear Eye Crayon in Fallen, a lovely dark bronze shade.
There are three more shades available in the Duo Cover Crayon, I like the look of #02 which includes a green end to conceal red flushes.
I’ve been really impressed so far by 3CE as a brand and I’d love to try out some more of their eye products. Have you ever tried any Korean beauty products? Which are your favourites and why?
