Burt’s Bees – Lip Balm With Pink Grapefruit

Burt’s Bees is my favourite brand for lip balm, and for the past few months I have been using their Tinted Lip Balm in Pink Blossom (you can read that review here). However as that is now running out and it doesn’t really give lips much of a tint I have decided to try out one of Burt’s Bees’ standard Lip Balms – Lip Balm With Pink Grapefruit – as I love the scent and taste of pink grapefruit.
I think that Burt’s Bees are a great natural brand, striving to produce 100% natural beauty products and they also do a lot of work to help protect bees, given that a lot of their products contain beeswax.
Burt’s Bees Lip Balm With Pink Grapefruit comes in a simple twist-up bullet applicator. I have been using it for the past week, applying it in the evening just before I go to bed. When I wake in the morning my lips still feel moisturised and soft which I don’t find happens with many other lip balms.
I love the pink grapefruit flavour of this lip balm, but it is rather bitter so if you’re not a fan of pink grapefruit I suggest you go for one of Burt’s Bees’ other fruity flavours of lip balm – these include mango butter or pomegranate oil. This is a great, reasonably priced lip balm, made from natural ingredients – you can’t go wrong with it! Burt’s Bees are definitely my new favourite lip balms and I can’t see myself using anything else in the near future!
All of Burt’s Bees Lip Balms are 100% natural and contain shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax. Burt’s Bees Lip Balm with Pink Grapefruit is priced at £3.99, available from Boots, and there are loads of other flavours available too.
