Bee Good 3 in 1 Cleansing Water Review

All things honey and bee-related are really popular at the moment, plus it has recently been highlighted that honey has wonderful properties that help to treat and improve skin. This Bee Good Honey & Water Mint 3-in-1 Cleansing Water is made in Hampshire, UK, from the honey of British bees and other natural ingredients and contains no synthetics or parabens.

This 3-in-1 Cleansing Water is a clear liquid with hardly any scent and it really does have 3 benefits – it dissolves and removes make-up, cleanses the skin like a cleanser and then tones and refreshes the skin. It should be applied to a cotton wool pad then swept over the face, with no need to rinse afterwards, and can be used morning and night. Personally I don’t like products where there is no need to rinse as I don’t like the feeling of a product being left on the skin, so I have been using it as a pre-cleanse to remove make-up before using my usual Eucerin Dermo Purifyer Cleanser to cleanse my face. The 3-in-1 Cleansing Water feels really refreshing and melts most make-up really quickly with just a quick swipe although it does take a while to completely remove mascara.

I’m not keen on the smell of honey so I was really pleased when I found out that this product had no scent! I love the philosophy of Bee Good and the way they are educating their customers about bees and honey. Plus they’re approved by the BUAV and have the Leaping Bunny mark which means that none of their products or ingredients are tested on animals.

I’m really enjoying using the Honey & Wild Water Mint 3-in-1 Cleansing Water as a pre-cleanse make-up remover but I probably wouldn’t use it as a regular cleanser unless I was camping or at a festival (it would be quick and easy to use there and there’s no need for water). The bottle has two lids too which makes it extra spill-proof for travelling – a closeable spout and a clear plastic lid. I’d love to try some of Bee Good’s other products, particularly their Vanilla & Honey Lip Balm which contains natural beeswax.

Honey & Wild Water Mint 3-in-1 Cleansing Water is priced at £10 for 100ml, available from Bee Good. There is lots of interesting information on the Bee Good website about honey and bees, including information on why bees need our support.
