Badger Sleep Balm Review

I’ve always had trouble getting off to sleep at night and have recently been using Badger Sleep Balm to try and help me relax at bedtime.

This cute little tin contains a soft balm with a blend of essential oils that helps quiet your thoughts and clear your mind. The two main ingredients are Lavender and Bergamot oils, and all the ingredients are certified organic.

I have been a rubbing a little of the Badger Sleep Balm on my temples and wrists when I turn off the light at bedtime to help me to switch off my mind and relax. The scent of the balm is lovely and soothing, you can smell the lavender but it’s not overpowering.

Badger Sleep Balm Review

I’ve only been using this product for a couple of weeks so far. I’m not sure if it has helped me get to sleep any faster but it definitely makes me feel relaxed and soothed. Overall a great little product and great value.

Badger Sleep Balm starts at around £3.99 for a 21g tin, and is available from Feel Unique. Other products in the Badger range include Healing Balm, Tension Soother Balm and Cheerful Mind Balm (now I can think of a few people who would benefit from that!).

  1. I really want to buy this, everyone says it really calms them down and I’ve also always been a restless sleeper. I’ve been brewing the Pukka night time tea for the past few days and it helps a lot with my sleep.

    Love your blog! 🙂

    • It’s definitely worth trying out, it’s great value too at just £3.99. xx

  2. This looks like such a cool product. I definitely want to give it a try!

  3. Just saw your post on pinterest and had to come by and visit 🙂 I have to add that I got some of this as a gift like a year ago – I use it every night and I’m just starting to run out now (so it lasts a looong time). I don’t know how much it helps me sleep, but the benefits for my crow’s feet are absolutely fabulous!! The main ingredients are olive oil, castor oil and coconut oil (I think?) = all good for your skin, so I rub it into my temples, around my eyes and around my mouth. It’s been awesome for softening the wrinkles 😉

    • I’ve not tried it on my wrinkles yet, I’ll have to try that! Love that it’s organic too. Xx

  4. This looks lovely! Tempted to purchase 🙂
