Too cute to use? Paul & Joe Beaute Protecting Pressed Powder

Every now and then you come across a beauty product that you just HAVE to have, but it’s too amazing to actually use…. and this Protecting Pressed Powder from Paul & Joe Beaute is one of those products! OK, so I’m a cat lover, I have two cats of my own and although I’m not quite a mad old cat lady yet I do enjoy quirky things with cat prints on them. The blue and red sailor cat print on the top of the pressed powder compact and on the matching drawstring pouch is simply stunning and oh so cute. Right, enough about cats and onto the actual product itself… Protecting Pressed Powder is a limited edition product that came out a month or two ago and it comes in two shades – Lavender which aims to improve the complexion, and Nude Beige (which I chose) that will enhance any skin tone. Paul & Joe Beaute – Cheek Color & Compact Case

I do love make-up that looks beautiful in its packaging, and there is no brand more pretty that Paul & Joe Beaute. Their limited edition feline and floral packaging is second to none with many pieces being so beautiful that you just want to admire them and almost don’t want to use them. A couple of weeks ago I treated myself to Cheek Color 10 (Ombrage) and the Spring 2014 Collection Kitten Print Compact Case (number 002). Shade 10 was the most natural of the Cheek Colors that I could find, it is a pressed powder blusher that consists of a large rose-pink section and a thinner tan colour strip. I love the fact that the pressed powder has the Paul & Joe ‘PJ’ logo imprinted into it, I think it makes it looks really classy.
