Sleep In A Box!

Sleep In A Box!

I go through phases where I suffer from terrible insomnia so I’m always eager to try out new products that promise to help you drift off to sleep. I was given this set from Sanctuary Spa after I gave birth to my daughter last September, and given that I was feeling rather run down and tired I welcomed anything that encouraged me to pamper myself. Containing mini versions of four of Sanctuary Spa’s bodycare products from their Sleep range, this Sleep-In-A-Box contains everything you need to give yourself a little bit of a treat before bedtime. Benefit – Ultra Plush Lip Gloss in A Lister

Benefit – Ultra Plush Lip Gloss in A Lister

I love the art deco inspired cardboard packaging and the decadent moulded plastic lid, a lot of thought has gone into the Ultra Plush Lip Gloss packaging and it really stands out from other lip glosses. The little green ribbon...

Blue Sparkle & Nude Nails

Blue Sparkle & Nude Nails

I created this Blue Sparkle & Nude nail look using one of my favourite nail polishes and a brand new one. Barry M’s Gelly Nail Paint in Lychee is a nail polish that I love and I use it over and over again, both on it’s own which looks really classy or incorporated in nail art and I have used it here as the nude base underneath the blue sparkly tips. The glittery blue polish is part of the Essence Effect Nail Polish* range and it’s called ‘Party In A Bottle’ which I think is a fun name. If you’ve not heard of Essence before this is because they’ve only recently launched in the UK, you might want to have a read of my post about the UK launch of Essence make-up to find out more. First I painted 2 coats of the Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in Lychee over my nails and left to dry. It works really well as a base colour underneath glitters and nail art as...
