Cowshed Wild Cow Invigorating Body Lotion Review

I’d been wanting to try some Cowshed bodycare products for ages, I enjoy any brands that use natural ingredients in their products and I love the quirky names and descriptions that Cowshed use. So when I found this mini Wild Cow Invigorating Body Lotion nestled inside my April 2015 My Little Dream Box I was rather excited.

Invigorating Body Lotion is a thick white lotion with an uplifting spicy lemon and ginger scent, it’s quite masculine really and would be just as suitable for use by a man as it is by a woman. I like that the black and white packaging is fairly unisex too. There are lots of essential oils within the ingredients list and I think it’s great that Cowshed are using natural fragrances and not artificial ones.

I have been applying Wild Cow Invigorating Body Lotion after my morning shower, and I have found that when I remove my clothes at night my skin feels just as soft and moisturised as it did when I first applied the lotion in the morning.

The Wild Cow collection has been developed using refreshing lemongrass, bracing ginger and mind sharpening rosemary to help awaken the senses, they are products best used in the morning to help wake you up and prepare you for the day ahead. Not only are there bodycare products, the Wild Cow range also includes candles and room fragrance so you can surround yourself with the lovely uplifting fragrance. The prices aren’t cheap, but I don’t find them overly expensive either given that these are good quality natural products.

I really love this body lotion and I’ll definitely be checking out some more of Cowshed’s bodycare collections (I’ve also got my eye on the Wild Cow Invigorating Room Candle!).

Wild Cow Invigorating Body Lotion is priced at £20 for 300ml, available from Cowshed.
